Job summary
A leading salmon farming company in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR partnership support across specified business units. The role involves collaborating with operational leaders to achieve people outcomes and enhancing employee relations practices. Our HR Business Partner is a hands-on role, helping translate operational priorities into people outcomes and driving excellence across our multi-site operations. You will work as directed by the Head of HR to coordinate the people agenda across specific business unit(s) adopting a proactive, partnership approach.

- Demonstrate strong ER case management experience and apply influencing and coaching skills to support leaders and promote best practice across the full employee lifecycle.
