A leading motorsport organization is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive its people strategy and foster a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, develop management capabilities, and utilize analytics to inform decisions. This role requires strong coaching skills and prior experience in a technical or manufacturing setting. The position is based onsite in their Grove HQ with an attractive benefits package including a subsidised restaurant and access to fitness classes.
The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor to business-area leadership accountable for driving the Williams People Strategy and shaping an elite, high-performance culture aligned to our values & behaviours. Partnering closely with business-area leaders and the wider HR function, the HRBP translates business-area goals and challenges into customer-focused HR strategies and executable plans. The role works cross functionally to deliver seamless execution of in our People Plan and maximise impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
