The Role
This role involves providing exceptional telephone support to both new and existing customers, offering membership and insurance packages that promote confidence and peace of mind at low cost. The position requires core knowledge of the beauty industry and support, with opportunities for those with or without prior insurance experience. Responsibilities include handling enquiries verbally and in writing, recording customer information, issuing insurance documentation, processing payments, and managing membership details.
