Overview

Dispute Resolution Lawyer – Thanet, Kent. Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

KHR are partnered with one of East Kent’s leading legal practices and have a fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their well-established firm, known for its excellent client relationships and local market leadership.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in a broad range of disputes, including property law (landlord and tenant), employment law, probate and will disputes, contracts, boundary disputes, and general commercial litigation.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting court documents, witness statements, instructions to experts, and managing complex cases.
  • Regularly issue court proceedings and represent clients in court.
  • Provide high-quality client care and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidate Profile
  • At least three years post-qualification experience in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with court proceedings.
  • Well-rounded skillset across various areas of law, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and excellent client care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
