Job summary
A leading construction contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee fast track fit out projects based in Plymouth. The successful candidate will manage teams and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Applicants ideally come from a joiner background with experience in commercial fit out projects. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with 11.5 hour shifts, starting on January 19th. Contact information is provided for further inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing teams of trades, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Joiner background preferred.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations and manage projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and trades.
Skills
Monday to Friday - 11.5 hour Shift
Based in Plymouth - Start Date 19th January
We are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of a main contractor from London who specialises within Fast Track Fit out.
- Ideally from a joiner background
- Proven history of Managing teams of Trades and Labourer plus Sub Contractors.
- Must have worked on Fast Track Retail Fit Out projects.
- Must have SMSTS / Heath and Safety - ( IPAF not essential ).
- Background MUST have experiences with Commercial Fit Out Projects.
