Location: Manchester | Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) | Salary: Up to £34,250 with benefits

One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for an enthusiastic Multi-Skills Learning Coach to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to make a real impact by guiding learners through their Foundation Apprenticeship and helping them thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and inspire apprentices to develop the technical knowledge and skills needed for success in construction roles.
- Manage and teach a caseload of Level 2 learners on Foundation Apprenticeship programmes.
- Deliver engaging lessons on basic Brickwork, Plastering and Carpentry and Joinery skills (i.e. mixing cement, cutting techniques, tool management etc.) to classes of approx. 10 students.
- Mark assignments and apprenticeship tasks to ensure quality and progress.
- Observe practice and provide constructive feedback to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction or related trades
- Up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Required Knowledge:
- Health and Safety regulations
- Construction techniques of Brickwork, Plastering and Carpentry and Joinery
- Industry standards and regulations
- Onsite trades materials and components
- Required Knowledge:
- Previous teaching experience in multi-skills / construction.
- Hold (or be willing to work towards) relevant teaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for developing others and sharing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver high-quality teaching / coaching.
- Desirable:
- Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
- Knowledge of government-funded training and apprenticeship standards.
