A leading support organization in Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join their team. In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide critical support to adults with learning difficulties across various locations, with guaranteed hours and shifts scheduled in advance. Candidates must have a full UK driving license and a passion for helping others. Contracted hours for full time are 37.5 hours per week. This is a fulltime position.
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and experienced support workers to join our floating team at Dimensions.
As a Floating Support Worker, you will work across a variety of Dimensions locations, backing up core staff teams with the same high level of training and expertise needed to provide positive and engaging support.

Hours are guaranteed and shifts are booked 4 weeks in advance to give you the best work/life balance.
