Qualifications

  • Experience in Lean techniques and data-led analysis.
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear problem statements and define scope.
  • Analyse processes using Lean techniques for improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams for continuous improvement practices.
  • Coach stakeholders in process improvement techniques.
  • Build relationships and provide expert advice to process owners.
  • Map future ways of working with process mapping tools.

Skills

Lean or Six Sigma green belt or equivalent process improvement experience
Process mapping – flowcharts
Experience of delivering process improvement or process change initiatives
Champion continuous improvement and results driven
Experience using process mapping and modelling tools (eg Visio, Signavio, Celonis)
Strong analytical, facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
