A reputable recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Locum to work remotely for a duration of 3-6 months with potential for extension. Responsibilities include providing guidance on the Court of Protection and Mental Health Act, handling welfare proceedings, and addressing matters related to ordinary residence. This role is open to candidates with the relevant skills and experience.
Competenze
- Experience with Court of Protection.
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act advice.
- Ability to handle ordinary residence matters.

Adult Social Care Locum
Sellick Partnership is currently working in partnership with our long-standing Local Authority client in the recruitment of an experienced Adult Social Care Locum.
Duties include:
- Court of Protection
- Mental Health Act advice
- Ordinary residence matters
- Deprivation of Liberty
- Welfare Proceedings
- No recourse to public funds
This a 3 - 6 month role with scope for further extension. Fully remote working is available.
