About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join a growing digital transformation team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will implement, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business requirements across multiple modules.

You will play a key part in supporting digital initiatives, including deployment, go-live, ongoing enhancements, and integrations with other applications and systems. The role combines coding, design, and solution architecture in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure D365 CE modules, including entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript to extend D365 CE functionality.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
• Integrate D365 CE with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and other integration tools.
• Assist in data migration, ensuring accurate and secure transfer from legacy systems.
• Participate in solution design, technical documentation, and testing.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / D365 / Dynamics CRM.
