A leading firm in engineering is seeking a Document Controller to manage documentation processes. This role involves controlling project documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements, and producing progress reports. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office, and possess a customer-centric approach. Established in 2012, Omnia Projects is a respected specialist in T&D engineering, project management and technical assurance. With over 110 staff the company has delivered critical infrastructure for clients including National Grid, helping to shape the UKs evolving energy system.
As a Document Controller, you will support our project managers, designers, and clients with the development and management of document control procedures from concept, through project delivery, and finally on to financial close. Projects are varied in size and scale, with some at the forefront of the UK\'s drive to decarbonise the power industry. You will be part of a multi-disciplined team ensuring the maintaining of accurate records of project documentation. You could be sorting electronic or hard copies of project documentation and producing reports.
Location - UK Wide roles available. Home based, with the option of working from Omnia offices (Stafford, Stockton Heath, Northallerton), as pre project requirements. Must be willing to travel anywhere throughout the UK.
Ideally full time but will consider Contingent Worker Contract and Part-Time options.
