• Learn from the Best: Work with seasoned consultants to gain hands-on experience and build your Health & Safety expertise from day one.
• Funded Training & Qualifications: We fully fund your training, guiding you through the NVQ route while you gain practical experience.
• Tech IOSH as a Foundation: If you already have Tech IOSH, great; if not, we’ll work with you to achieve it.
• Structured Progression: Move from development to a field-based consultant role, with ongoing support to achieve Cert IOSH and ultimately CMIOSH.
• Diversified Growth Opportunities: Explore advanced areas like fire safety, DSEAR, and environmental monitoring for air, noise, and vibration.

We’re hiring for potential and motivation as much as for technical skills. Whether you’re already in Health & Safety or coming from another field, your personality, potential, and eagerness to learn matter most.

• Full-time, permanent position with a clear path to becoming a Health & Safety Field Consultant.
• Comprehensive on-the-job training within our field, technical, and content teams.
• Flexibility to study and work as part of our program.
• A driving license is essential by the time you complete the program due to client-site visits.

After successfully completing the scheme, you’ll join our team as a fully-fledged Health & Safety Field Consultant. From there, opportunities to grow include specialization, leadership roles, or overseeing multiple compliance services.
