Thursday is the world’s largest singles event platform, hosting exclusive in-person events across major cities worldwide. As our community grows, we are looking for a creative and driven Senior Graphic Designer to help enhance our brand through compelling digital campaigns and support our global network of hosts.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take the lead in creating static digital ads for Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook), ensuring they align with Thursday’s brand and mission. These ads will highlight key event details such as date, venue, and city, attracting singles to join our in-person events. You’ll also assist in maintaining the overall visual aesthetic across digital channels and work closely with our global network of event hosts, providing Canva templates that they can easily edit and use, ensuring brand consistency across different cities.

• Lead the design and creation of static digital ads for Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) to promote Thursday events globally.
• Develop custom designs for each event, incorporating essential information like date, venue, and location into visually compelling ads.
• Maintain and enhance Thursday’s overall brand aesthetic across various digital channels.
• Create and distribute editable Canva templates for our global network of event hosts to use for social media and event promotions, ensuring consistent branding across different locations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce designs that resonate with our target audience and meet strategic goals.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for performance across different digital platforms and formats.
• Contribute to additional design projects as needed, supporting Thursday’s branding efforts.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your digital design skills, especially in social media / design and creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or similar design tools like Canva.
• Understanding of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising best practices, with a focus on creating engaging and high-converting visuals.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience creating templates for others to edit and use, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.
• A passion for design, creativity, and Thursday’s mission to bring people together in real life.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
