  • Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets.
  • Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention.
  • Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning.
  • Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes.
  • Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams.
  • Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance.

Location: UK (Remote)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Working Pattern: 35-hour week

We are partnering with a highly respected, independent medical communications agency to support the expansion of their senior leadership team through the addition of an experienced Client Services Director.

This is a strategic role for a senior client services professional who is looking to lead high-value global accounts, shape business direction, and contribute to the long-term growth of a well-established, values-driven organisation.

The successful candidate will :
  • Provide senior leadership to strategically important client accounts across EU and US markets
  • Develop and implement long-term client strategies to support account growth and retention
  • Contribute to the agency’s leadership team and broader business planning
  • Lead and support new business activity, including pitches and RFP processes
  • Build, mentor and develop high-performing client services teams
  • Maintain financial oversight of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance
