The role involves coding SNOMED data and managing clinical correspondence while working part-time across two sites. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our friendly general practice team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that patient records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with clinical and contractual requirements. Working with the EMIS Web clinical system, you will handle SNOMED coding, summarise medical records, and support the smooth flow of clinical information throughout the practice. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and take pride in supporting patient care behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
