Location: Remotely based – National and international travel is required, approximately 80%
Salary: £46,000 – £72,000 per annum, DOE + Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent or Fixed Term Contract available

We are now recruiting for a Consultant to facilitate organisational change programmes in order to achieve safety performance improvement at client sites!

Additionally, as our Management Consultant you will be responsible for:
  • Evaluating organisational issues, advising client organisation leadership, and implementing safety culture change initiatives.
  • Conducting workshops and presentations for groups large and small, across all levels of an organisation
  • Providing coaching to senior and mid-level leaders in client organizations
  • Supporting Assessments by conducting in-field observations, interviews, focus groups while supporting report out’s
  • Implementing systems and processes developed by Organisational Safety
  • Conducting analysis of client injury and accident data to report on Serious Injury and Fatality potentials and actuals
  • Managing client projects to achieve high level of client excellence; developing work plans; delivering work on-time and within budget constraints; and coordinating work with other consultants
  • Identifying new business opportunities within client organisations and work to support new business generation
  • Contributing to thought leadership by developing new materials, writing articles for publication, and participating in problem-solving teams
  • Piloting new products in support of product and service development
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • Minimum 10-years’ experience working in industry or government
  • Master’s degree preferred, bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Understanding of cross-cultural differences
  • Background in Industrial Safety or Hygiene preferred
  • Ability to identify problems, apply critical thinking, and research potential solutions
  • High degree of professionalism and skill in verbal and written communications
  • Ability to develop strong and genuine client relationships; high personal credibility with all organisational levels
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Strong experience with organisational initiatives in safety, quality methods or other organisational change process
  • Experience with operations in petroleum, manufacturing, utilities, and/or transportation industries
  • Excellent training and presentation skills
  • Experience managing large, complex programs
  • Speaking a second language would be advantageous
