Remote Billing Support Specialist - 3/3 Shift
Job summary
A leading tech company is seeking a Billing Customer Support Specialist to assist users via email with payment-related issues. Responsibilities include managing subscriptions, processing refunds, and ticket resolution through Zendesk. Candidates should have at least a B1 level of English and preferably 6 months of experience in customer or billing support. This position offers remote work flexibility, a fixed work schedule of 3 days on, 3 days off, and several employee benefits including medical insurance and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email with subscription issues and refunds.

- Work on a rotating schedule of 3 days on, 3 days off.
