Afterpeak is a rapidly growing music company and record label with a unique focus on cover recordings and trend-driven releases. With a catalog exceeding 30,000 titles, Afterpeak operates at the intersection of music licensing, streaming optimization and creative A&R development. Originating from the YouTube space, our team has evolved into a full-scale label operation with active distribution, marketing, licensing and creative departments. We operate fully remotely, with a team of 20+ professionals based across multiple countries.
As the Head of Label Operations, you will be the operational engine of Afterpeak. You will translate the CEO's vision into actionable strategy and oversee the entire day-to-day business of the label. This role requires a seasoned music industry executive who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and turning creative passion into tangible results. You will be the key integrator, ensuring all departments work in harmony to achieve our ambitious goals.
