Our client is seeking Creator Operations Coordinator to link the creators that the client's partner with. Your job is to keep projects running smoothly — making sure products get shipped on time, creators stay on track, and footage lands in the right hands when we need it.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists, Producers, and Editors to make sure every UGC deliverable is delivered without delays and with clear communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Track product shipments to creators and ensure they receive everything needed.
  • Update and maintain ClickUp tasks and deadlines, keeping the wider team aligned.
  • Proactively follow up with UGC creators to ensure briefs are understood and deadlines are met.
  • Check in on the delivery of footage, flagging delays, and troubleshooting issues quickly.
  • Maintain strong, friendly relationships with creators so communication feels seamless.
  • Support the team with organisation, documentation, and project tracking to reduce friction.
  • Strong organisational skills — you love a clear to-do list and a project management board that’s actually up to date.
  • Confident communicator — you’re happy chasing deadlines and following up with people without it feeling awkward.
  • A natural problem-solver who can spot issues early and find quick solutions.
  • Comfortable working with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive, Frame.io (or willing to learn quickly).
  • Previous experience in influencer/creator management, project coordination, or production admin is a plus, but not essential.
