Private Client Solicitor - Remote (UK-based) - 3+ Years PQE
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Type of Role: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £35,000 to £80,000 (commensurate with experience)

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including the following services for clients in the private client field:

• Probate and estate administration
• Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Trusts and care of the elderly
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients
• Supporting the wider private client team with complex matters
• Ensuring high standards of service and client care
• Joining a collaborative team committed to delivering thoughtful, effective legal solutions

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of 3 years' PQE as a Solicitor or FCILEx
• Strong experience in Wills, LPAs, and estate administration
• Preferably some experience in trust work
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• A proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently

• This role is offered on a remote basis for UK-based candidates. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with flexible working arrangements available.
