Remote Project Manager: Education Lifecycle & Contracts
Job summary
A leading real estate firm is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle and extra works programme for assets on an education contract in Manchester. The Project Manager will handle all variation requests, manage asset data, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Successful candidates should have a trade qualification, experience managing contractors, and a positive team-oriented attitude. This is a remote position based in Manchester.
Qualifications
- A trade qualification is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in managing contractors is required.
- Familiarity with lifecycle projects and management is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage variation/change requests from initiation to completion.
- Maintain asset data management and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate lifecycle programmes with school calendar requirements.
