A leading technology firm is seeking an Engineering Manager (Integration) to drive significant change initiatives and oversee a talented team. You will focus on strategic projects within technology platforms, managing integrations and ensuring their alignment with business requirements. RS Group is seeking a permanent Engineering Manager (Integration) to join our team. In this role, you will be a technology leader with extensive people management experience and a proven track record of managing multi-million-pound technology platforms and delivering large-scale strategic business change.
The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Enterprise Integration and a proven track record of delivering software across the full SDLC using both Waterfall and Lean/Agile methodologies. You have experience leading technical teams throughout the delivery cycle and a solid understanding of environments and release management within the Enterprise Integration domain. You are confident guiding complex integration projects and ensuring solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and at scale.
