About The Role

At Procurify, we’re scaling fast, and we know our people are the heart of that growth. We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join our People team and help us build a high-performing, growth-oriented, and people-centric organization.

As Procurify continues to transform its People function, this role puts you at the center of driving both strategic and hands-on initiatives. You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and team members across multiple client groups, designing people strategies that fuel performance and engagement while also rolling up your sleeves on core People and Talent Acquisition activities.

What you’ll be working on:

Here’s how you’ll shape the future of our people experience and business success:

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, influencing decisions and supporting organizational success.
• Provide strategic People guidance and oversee core People programs across workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead recruitment for key roles, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent aligned with our growth goals.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and leadership practices to strengthen organizational capability.
• Analyze People data and employee sentiment to identify trends and partner with leaders on actions that improve team effectiveness and organizational health.
• Build change readiness by supporting organizational initiatives with clear communication, resilience, and adaptability, including regular cadences with business leaders to ensure alignment and maintain open communication.
• Integrate Procurify’s values into everyday people practices to drive impact and desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop practical, people-focused solutions that support both business success and a strong workplace culture.

Who we’re looking for:

We'd love to hear from you if you bring:

• 5+ years of progressive People experience, including strong exposure to People business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Proven ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with leaders and team members at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, paired with intellectual curiosity to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to drive consistency and cohesion across the employee experience.
• Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or SaaS/software environments is an asset.
• A track record of supporting leaders in building a performance culture, recognizing achievement, addressing poor performance, and driving engagement.
• Passion for building high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplaces.

• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 CAD (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
