Method is seeking an Associate Director in the Program Management department who can sit at the intersection between internal Method product development teams and external client stakeholders to ensure constant alignment. In this role, the Program Manager will organize and drive the team of Product Strategy, Experience Design, Product Management and Engineers to ensure we consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. You will serve as the project team’s leader as they strategize, design, and develop custom solutions for our customers’ most difficult business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Drive client value through all aspects of the digital product lifecycle from ideation to definition to delivery acting as a program management consultant in a fast paced client services environment.
• Act as a cross functional leader supporting teams with experience design, product strategy, product management, and engineering.
• Change management and enablement of organizational transformation on an ongoing basis
• Lead enterprise client engagements in product delivery as a strategic project, client, and people leader.
• Demonstrate competency in all core program management capabilities with internal teams and clients including:
• Project Scoping & Delivery Workstream Planning
• Project Stakeholder Alignment & Initial Goal Setting
• Coordinating research activities and workshop facilitation
• Project Health Reporting & Analytics
• Vendor & Global Resource Management
• Client & Steering Committee Relationship Management
• Project Operations & Financial Management
• Manage Cross Functional Teams
• Agile Product Delivery (App Team Design & Management)
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Manage budgets for large programs and facilitate resourcing needs for effective delivery on key client projects.
• Create and maintain all project documentation including status reports, work plans, risk logs, and presentations.
• Proactively communicate project details across all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
• Listen to clients and team member’s feedback to improve the firm’s holistic program management capabilities.
• Identify adjacent opportunities within active client projects and partner with sales on opportunity pursuits.
• Assist in developing project management and product management best practices to improve the firm’s delivery.

Qualifications:

• Consulting environment and/or agency client services experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Graduate degrees preferred.
• PMP, CSM, SAFE, and/or ACP certifications are a plus.
• 7+ years experience managing large complex product development projects for enterprise organizations.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and negotiate.
• Ability to quickly grasp and solve complex customer and business problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed to communicate with a client’s organization.
• Experience with managing a Service and Product Portfolio
• Energy Sector experience a plus
• Travel as needed (less than 25%).

Location

• UK and Europe, remote first working with occasional need to be in our London office.
• Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%.
