Description

Comprehensive understanding of Mainframe Storage Management principles. Extensive knowledge in the design of storage solutions and the configuration of storage hardware. Comprehensive understanding of the mainframe operating systems. Fully competent in the configuration and support of the IBM range of storage controllers, both hardware and software. Comprehensive understanding of IBM’s GDPS and PPRC for data replication and disaster recovery. Fully competent in the configuration and support of Dell Disk Library for Mainframe virtual tape technology. Comprehensive understanding of ICF catalog and management. Competent in the configuration and support of TDMF. Fully competent in the use of CA disk utilities for mainframe. Competent in the use of JCL. Extensive understanding of FICON/Network management
