Remote - principally home-based with occasional travel to Wise Group hubs

£37,500 - £42,000

As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring our services deliver exceptional outcomes — supporting families out of fuel poverty while achieving financial, contractual, and cultural goals. You will lead and develop a motivated, high-performing team, embedding a performance-driven culture where our values are lived and experienced every day.

In this role, you will:

• Drive performance and outcomes, ensuring delivery is consistent, effective, and at scale
• Lead teams through transformation, maintaining focus, pace, and engagement
• Strengthen governance and quality assurance to safeguard delivery
• Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and impact
• Build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
