Job summary

A technology services firm is seeking a Contract Zscaler Engineer to support the design and optimization of Zscaler solutions in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Zscaler Internet Access and Private Access, as well as a solid background in network security and integration with identity solutions. This position requires hands-on troubleshooting and engineering skills within a complex global network. The role offers a competitive rate inside IR35 for an initial duration of 6 months.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Zscaler solutions.
• Experience with network security and proxy technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure AD or Okta integration.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and optimization of Zscaler solutions.
• Engage in engineering troubleshooting and integration.
• Integrate Zscaler with other identity solutions.

Role Overview

Youll be responsible for supporting the design implementation and optimisation of Zscaler solutions across enterprise environments. The role involves hands‑on engineering troubleshooting and integration within a complex global network.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and / or Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
• Solid background in network security firewalling and proxy technologies
• Experience integrating Zscaler with identity and access solutions (e.g. Azure AD, Okta)
• Scripting or automation knowledge advantageous (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Zscaler certifications (ZCCA, ZCCP) preferred but not essential
