A leading care organization is seeking a Regulatory & Registrations Manager to oversee compliance for services. This home-based role involves supporting regulatory processes across England, Scotland, and Wales. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a regulatory role within health and social care, alongside strong analytical and leadership skills. Competitive salary and occasional travel to the Lichfield head office are expected.
Role Overview and Purpose: As Regulatory & Registrations Manager you will support the organisation’s Nominated Individual for CQC (England), Responsible Person for Care Inspectorate (Scotland) and Responsible Person for Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to facilitate the oversight, monitoring and reporting of regulatory and compliance information. The Regulatory & Registrations Manager will provide advice and guidance to our operational and group support functions to ensure processes for reporting to regulators are maintained at all times. This role is a home based position with occasional travel to our Lichfield head office in Staffordshire.
