A successful independent Surveying Practice in the Preston area is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor. The position offers a supportive environment, attractive earnings up to £70,000, and various benefits such as a car allowance, private healthcare, and structured training opportunities.

- VRS Registered.
- Experience in using iPad and Apps.
- UK driving license.

Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to join a practice that offers its staff fantastic support and benefits? We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Preston area on a full-time basis.
They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
Working hours:
- As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time
- Remote working
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
- On Target earnings of £50,000 - £70,000
- Annual Bonus

Residential Surveyor requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
- VRS Registered
- Highly driven and organised
- Experience in using iPad and Apps
- UK driving license
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
