GSL Education is seeking a dynamic and proactive Cover Supervisor to work in schools in Doncaster.

Job Summary: The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for managing the classroom, ensuring students remain on task and continue their learning during the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes and deliver pre-set work left by the teacher.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a constructive learning environment.
• Assist students with their work by providing constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain classroom resources and records.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role or strong educational background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups of students and enforce discipline.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
