At 4WARD.earth, we’re building the global bridge for climate collaboration — uniting innovators, investors, and changemakers to drive sustainability forward.
We’re launching a new global membership initiative to provide our members with deeper resources, learning, and impact. As our Membership Program Manager, you’ll help lead this exciting new chapter — designing, building, and growing a premium membership experience that empowers thousands of climate leaders worldwide.
- Develop and refine 4WARD’s freemium membership model, including member tiers, benefits, and pricing
- Co-create and implement a monthly programming calendar of exclusive events, resources, and learning experiences
- Collaborate with the community, events, and marketing teams to engage, onboard, and retain members
- Build systems and workflows for managing member data, feedback, and communications
- Support the rollout of premium-only spaces on our Circle community platform
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and sponsorships that add value for members
- Collect and analyze member feedback to continuously improve engagement and offerings
- Help develop the long-term strategy and growth roadmap for the membership program
- Background in community building, partnerships, or membership programs
- Strategic and creative thinker with experience designing value-driven offerings
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing projects, timelines, and working with volunteers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Circle, Slack, Discord) and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Notion)
- Passionate about climate, sustainability, and empowering others to take action
- Mentorship and guidance from 4WARD’s leadership team
- Hands-on experience developing a global membership and revenue model
- Opportunity for future paid position or revenue share as the program grows
- A voice in shaping the next evolution of the world’s largest climate innovation network
