- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms) focused on generating leads.
- Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.
- Collaborate with our team to design winning creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
- Track, measure, and report on performance with actionable insights.
- Proven experience in media buying for lead generation in the USA market.
- English level B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher) — must be able to communicate effectively with an international team and clients.
- Ability to share past campaign results, case studies, or examples of work.
- Strong understanding of ad tracking, attribution, and A/B testing.
- Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication, with a collaborative approach.
- Experience across multiple lead gen niches (real estate, finance, insurance, health, SaaS, education, etc.).
- Background in both B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Freedom to bring your own niche expertise.
