A leading technology company in the UK is seeking a Partnerships Sales Manager to drive partner-led growth. You will lead the UK Partner Account Executive team, focusing on achieving ambitious revenue targets through strategic partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2B sales within SaaS or tech environments and a proven track record in team leadership and partner program success.

As our Partnerships Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving Employment Hero’s UK partner‑led growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, you’ll lead our UK Partner Account Executive (AE) team and help scale our Bureau and Referral Partner programs to meet ambitious growth targets.
You’ll lead from the front — combining hands‑on sales leadership with strategic execution, and work closely with the Head of Sales, Partner SDR Manager, and broader Sales Leadership Team to deliver on our partner revenue goals and position the UK as a model market for global partner success.
