We're looking for adata driven, commercially aware and enthusiastic member of the team, with a customer led and collaborative attitude that will be instrumental in delivering commodity reports for customers whilst supporting circular project work within our supplier base and Reconomy Community Interest Company (CIC).

Typical Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of data from our suppliers, relating to commodities, to upload into Salesforce to meet our customers reporting requirements.
• Support project work, relating to new innovative products, helping provide solutions to push waste up the waste hierarchy.
• Work closely with the Circularity team, to help develop the commodity, charity and CIC supply chain.
• Support the delivery of trading within our supply chain, with bookings and data management.

The Skills You Need Are:

• Close attention to detail– you will be able to identify issues in data sets, to ensure they are resolved.
• Commercial awareness- you will need to ensure margins are maintained and escalate any commercial risks.
• Great customer care- to be focused on delivering excellent customer care, both internally and externally.
• Collaborative and a relationship builder- tobe leading a collaborative environment, internally and with our suppliers, driving improved processes and efficiencies through strong relationships.

Additional Information:

You will report to the Circular Solutions Lead, with a dotted line into the Commercial Director – Recycle Division. You will predominantly work remotely, with a requirement to travel in order to attend team meetings at various locations.

This is a fixed-term/temporary position to cover maternity leave for a period of 9–12 months.We welcome applications from both external candidates and current employees.
