A growing healthcare business is looking for a hands‑on Finance Manager to join its team on a temporary contract. This is a key role overseeing transactional finance and supporting the month‑end close process, with plenty of scope to add value and improve processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Oversee month‑end tasks, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts and reporting packs
- Drive improvements in processes, controls, and system efficiency
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve queries and support decision‑making
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant
- Solid understanding of transactional finance and month‑end processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business
