- Taking the lead on all Landlord & Tenant matters – including lease renewals, rent reviews, re-gears and strategic advice
- Delivering RICS Red Book valuation reports across a broad range of commercial property
- Building strong relationships with existing clients while helping to win new business
- Shaping and growing the professional services function as part of the senior team
- MRICS qualified with solid experience in Landlord & Tenant and valuation work
