Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a trailblazer to join a high-energy, fast-growing sales team. As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll drive digital transformation for scale-ups, mid-market organisations, and category leaders in the Professional Services sector. Your mission is to introduce Unit4’s cutting-edge ERP Financial and HCM solutions to new clients, secure new high-value logos, and empower clients to unlock their full potential. This is a senior role with a remote setup focused on the UK region.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Execution: Design and implement a winning new business sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Lead complex sales processes end-to-end, engaging cross-functional teams—pre-sales, value engineering, marketing, and beyond—to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • C- suite Influence: Deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives, addressing their most pressing challenges and showcasing how our solutions drive measurable results.
  • Be the Catalyst: Help prospects envision the transformative impact of our solutions, turning hesitation into enthusiasm.

Qualifications
