A leading UK retailer is hiring a Warehouse First Line Manager to oversee operational procedures and manage a team in London. The role demands strong management skills, warehouse experience, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. This position offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience with a fixed-term contract lasting six months. As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners working in it to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation. You'll support the personal development of your team, creating a culture of inclusion and growth for everyone.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18-years or older to work in this role.
Working Pattern - 37.5 hours per week:
Contract - This position is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, known internally as a Secondment
Location - Coulsdon CFC
Salary - £36,400 - £57,600 per annum, depending on skills and experience
