Main Purpose:

Achieve revenue and growth targets within an assigned portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Be a role model in hunting within existing accounts and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to support and coach team members on these topics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, creating new ones to support business growth and financial objectives (Revenue, Gross Margin).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Account Directors, and Solution Management on business opportunities. Act as a client advocate within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans and manage a pipeline of revenue and activities.
  • Implement sales and account growth strategies in cooperation with the HoAM, positioning all Acolad solutions and services with the help of product specialists.
  • Meet targets and KPIs for your accounts, working with HoAM and production teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Forecast sales and monitor the pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Visit clients regularly to represent Acolad and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Possess knowledge of company services and solutions, articulating value propositions clearly.
  • Demonstrate negotiation and persuasion skills, influencing stakeholders and closing deals.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging clients and internal teams.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships for satisfaction and growth.
  • Develop presentations and tailored proposals for clients and prospects.
  • Manage accounts strategically through mapping, planning, and development.
  • Maintain market and competitor awareness to identify opportunities and position solutions effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and challenges for insightful client conversations.
