Your Role

As a Wagon Maintainer, you'll:

  • Carry out preventative planned and reactive maintenance, Traffic Inspections and Vehicle Inspections on freight wagons
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
  • Perform brake testing, minor fabrication, and welding tasks
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a heavy engineering environment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Maintenance Engineering
  • Willingness to travel across the South of the UK
