Introduction: Introducing London’s new entertainment district. Immerse LDN is dedicated to showcasing world-class immersive experiences and original productions across a new purpose-built venue in London’s Royal Docks, set against the backdrop of ExCeL London’s waterfront.

As part of the expansion of the ExCeL London campus, ExCeL London Hospitality has opened a new street food dining destination as part of the Immerse LDN development. The Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar offers a modern street food experience in a casual, contemporary space designed to maximize the waterfront location.

As the Chef de Partie, you will prepare, cook, and present food to high standards in a clean environment. You will deputize for the Sous Chef when needed and work within a dynamic team of culinary professionals.

Hours will vary based on business needs, including evenings and weekends, in accordance with the Working Time Directive and workforce agreements.

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Creative flair for recipe development
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Food safety certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
