Position Summary

Inspects and evaluates components to ensure compliance with HydraForce specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect components for compliance to specifications
• Document inspection results accurately
• Submit Non-Conformance reports for defective goods
• Notify supervisors and assist in identifying production issues
• Discuss inspection outcomes with relevant personnel
• Record inspection data using established software
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to housekeeping procedures
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Lift and move at least 20 pounds
• Work with small parts
• Repetitive hand/arm movements

Work Environment

• Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer work
• Work in warehouse settings with varying temperatures and moderate to high noise levels

Shift

2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years’ experience in mechanical inspection and manufacturing
• Knowledge of inspection processes and plans
• Experience with quality control tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Familiarity with technical specifications and blueprints
• Attention to detail at close range
• Ability to work independently
• Strong ethical judgment
• Effective communication skills

Additional Information

The US hourly rate ranges from $19 to $21.30, plus a $2/hour shift differential. Compensation depends on experience, knowledge, role complexity, and location.
