Reporting into the Head of Online Marketing & eCommerce, the Development Operations & Compliance Manager ensures the sustainability, compliance and efficiency of our digital platforms and MarTech ecosystem. This role is central to supporting customer loyalty platforms, enabling automation and driving industry‑leading user experiences across all digital touchpoints.

37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1‑hour lunchbreak
