Fire & Security Service Engineer - Yorkshire

Our Engineers maintain Fire and Security systems according to current standards and customer needs. The successful candidate will contribute to the team, deliver excellent customer service, and be rewarded accordingly.

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
• Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive visits.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding site visits.
• Manage stock levels with support from the Stores team.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Identify personal training needs to improve customer service.

Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco

CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems

Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto

Who We’re Looking For

Attributes include a positive attitude, excellent communication, professional appearance, ability to work independently and in a team.

Candidates should have:

• A technical background in electrical/electronic industries.
• Good knowledge of Fire & Security Systems.
• Experience with front-line customer contact preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A professional demeanor and customer service focus.
• ACE – Attitude, Commitment & Effort for progression.

We offer competitive packages including a basic salary (£28,000-£37,000), uncapped commission, overtime, travel time, and a total earning potential of approximately £50,000-£55,000. Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, pension, life assurance, holiday entitlement, and ongoing training.
