Let's talk about the Senior Sales Negotiator role. It involves:

• Registering clients, booking and attending viewings, and securing valuations along with Financial Services referrals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and buyers.
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
• Negotiating offers and closing sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Providing accurate and timely feedback to clients.
• Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
• Having drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
