Hours:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

ENS Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Medicines Management / ACT Pharmacy Technician for a temporary assignment within an NHS hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to contribute to patient care in a ward-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting medicines reconciliation on admission and discharge
  • Supporting safe and effective medicines use across hospital wards
  • Communicating with patients, pharmacists, and ward staff
  • Managing stock levels and ordering medications for clinical areas
  • Providing patient counselling and advice on medication usage

Requirements:

  • Prior NHS hospital experience, ideally in a medicines management role
  • Confident working independently on wards
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

This role is ideal for a proactive and reliable technician looking for their next challenge. The contract is expected to be extended beyond the initial 12 weeks based on performance and service need.
