Job summary
A leading financial institution is seeking a Vice President for their Listed Derivatives coverage team in London. This role requires a strong quantitative mindset and experience in execution platforms, focusing on managing client relationships and driving growth of the trading platform. The successful candidate will execute trades, assess market risks, and support clients professionally. Ideal qualifications include expertise in vendor platforms and programming knowledge, particularly in Python. Qualifications
- Proven experience of vendor-based execution platforms such as Fidessa.
- Understanding of the futures venues and product characteristics.
- Effective skills and experience in engaging clients and building relationships ideally in a Front Office client capacity.
Responsibilities
- Execution of buy and sell orders in various financial instruments.
- Management and monitoring of the risk associated with the trading portfolio.
- Collaboration with research analysts to gather insights for trading decisions.
