Job summary
A specialist software company in Northern Ireland is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert support for their platform. The role involves handling support cases, troubleshooting web applications, and writing SQL queries. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and SQL proficiency, as well as an understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The position offers a mix of office and remote work opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in the FS Sector and/or Financial applications is desirable.
- Some exposure to Messaging would be advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-priority support cases with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and support web applications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to investigate customer issues.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets within established SLA guidelines.

Our growing client are a specialist software company. There are multiple roles available for a new team based out of their NI office. In this exciting role, you will provide expert technical support for their specialist platform.
