This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a major international insurance brokerage that has big plans to grow the business. In doing so, it will create multiple opportunities for ambitious individuals looking to develop their careers within the commercial insurance sector.
This role would ideally suit individuals with previous broker experience, ideally around 5 years within the commercial sector. As a Client Advisor within the team, you would help and mentor less experienced members and be the go-to person for referrals and technical questions.
It's an exciting time to join this team on the outskirts of York. From the outset, you would have the opportunity to be an integral member of the team, contributing to its success and being recognized and rewarded accordingly.
The role involves working closely with Account Executives and Directors, dealing with clients daily. Responsibilities include market presentations, liaising with insurers, and drafting bespoke renewal reports.
Strong communication skills are essential due to frequent client and insurer interactions. A professional manner, good attention to detail, and strong IT skills are also required.
You will have the opportunity to study towards the CII qualifications or continue if you have already started, with the company's full support.
