A leading IT service provider in Manchester is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their Contracts Team. The role involves managing contract administration, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring seamless back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, and a GCSE in Maths and English. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Contracts Team as a Billing Administrator. Reporting directly to the Contracts Management Lead in a team of six. The focus of the role is to work with various departments to ensure back‑office operations run as seamlessly as possible. Resolving queries, product reconciliation for existing and new services and the administration of contracts.
